Outline library

This has GOT to be a stupid question.. but I'm still learning from Photoimpact..I want to add a speech bubble to a picture.. I SEE the outline library and the OUTLINE..but how in the world do I make it appear white on my picture? It's an OUTLINE:) I want it to be filled.. but I can't seem to fill it..

It isnt that stupid. It seems harder than it should be. What I do, and there is bound to be an easier way, is to drag and resize the speech bubble I want, use the magic wand selector to select the inside of the bubble and then fill it with whatever colour I want. Seems to work and doesnt look to bad as long as I get the similarity right.

Anyone else?
