Does anyone know if Ulead Video Studio 9.0 supports the Pinnacle DVC 80 video capture device?
Having issues capturing video where either I don't get any sound or if I do, then the frame rate jumps to 170 or 180 frames per second.

The preferred method of video transfer is by way of IEEE1394 card/cable
also termed firewire or iLink.
