As a registered owner of Video Studio 9, i am still trying to download the MPEG plug in.
However after entering the product code on the site to obtain the download, the link to continue appears to be inactive?
I hope that makes some sense and i appreciate any assistance

Hi Esmondo,
Yes and there have numerous discussions here about it. Ulead's servers are notorious for being extremely slow.
Make sure you have ALL pop-up blockers disabled, and you might have to disable your firewall, (I know I did ). You will only have about 5 chances to download it, then you will have to contact Ulead.
Good Luck

I have disabled the firewall and i now get the error page:

No, because to download it you have to submit registration information, and then it requires internet activation. So my copy of this plug-in would not work on your system.esmondo wrote:thatnks vidoman for such a prompt response. Is ther sanyway you could send this to me?
I don't know what else to tell you. Ulead's approach to this is terrible. If you haven't got the dreaded "more then 5 attempts" error keep trying. But if you can't get it downloaded then you will have to contact Ulead..
Sorry I can't be of more help..

I cannot emphasise enough the use of a download manager such as "Getright"
http://www.getright.com/
This will lock onto the link and refuse to let go until it has downloaded your file. It will resume from where it left off should the download be broken for any reason. It also stores the link password etc.
