Upgrading COOL 3D Production Studio 1.01 to version 3.5

Hello,

Has anyone else had problems installing the upgrade? It keeps telling me it cannot find the application on my system, and yes, version 3 is installed in the default location, I have even pointed to the installed directory when asked but it keeps failing.

Lloyd,

I'm confused about what it is you are trying to upgrade. Cool 3D and Cool 3D Production Studio are two seperate products.

Cool 3D is the older of the two and less robust. It's most current release is version 3.5.

Cool 3D Production Studio is Ulead's newer offering. It's most current release is version 1.01.

If what you say is true, then the Ulead site is not very clear about the differences, I was under the impression that Cool 3D was a part of a suite called the Production Studio and it comes up as showing it is at version 3, so I was trying to upgrade the Cool 3D part of the suite. But if I have got this wrong then I need to try and get a refund from Ulead.
