I was editing stills into a music video using the trial version of VS9 and the filter options disappeared. I still have transitions, titles, etc., but no access to any filters.
I uninstalled, bought and reinstalled the boxed version, tried a new project of different stills, and no matter what, I cannot find the filter tools/options anywhere.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

no filters
They are not in the drop down box. That's why I posted.
I created a new user and VS9 has filters and all other components when i open it there. But when i open it as the original user i am missing the filters and samples. How do i get the full functionality back in my user area?
I've already reinstalled from the cds, run repair, etc. None of these steps have worked.

Hi Bob,
I intentionally have 2 different user profiles set up on my computer. One for video editing, which I use with a seperate hardware profile. The other for everything else. I looked under the filters directory for VS9 in each profile, and noticed that they are different. Meaning that Ulead doesn't share them with every profile, in other words, when any modifications occur to them they don't change in the other profiles...
Examples:
My Main Profile:

My video editing profile:

So try this, navigate to the new profile you created, C:\Documents and Settings\"New Profile"\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead Video Studio\9.0.
You should see a folder named "Video Filter". That is where all the filters are. Now using the same path, except go to the profile where the filters are missing, and look in that folder to see if the files are there. If not try copying the filters from the new profile into it.
Regards
