Hi there, I am getting married and have done a small movie (mostly pics) of my fiance and me as kids. It's to music and I'm chuffed with it.
HOWEVER!!!!! When I burn to DVD, the titles have moved slightly to the right of the screen.
Setting are
MPEG files
24 Bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Lower Field First
(DVD-PAL), 4:3
Video data rate: 6000 kbps
LPCM Audio, 48 KHz, Stereo
With the box ticked to say ' do not convert compliant mpeg files)
CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW HOW TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN THE CENTRE as everything else seems perfect and it's finished apart from this!!! (It's fine when I view it on the screen and the early ones I burnt were fine too!!!!!) Thanks heaps everyone. I've saved them all a bit to the left now and hope it'll turn out ok but that was painstaking. Any thoughts?

Titles are off centre after burning to DVD - HELP!!!!!

At this time all I can suggest is you check the text alignment setting
(left, Centre, Right) but if you would let us know which software you are using and what steps you made to place the text on the screen it would help.

Hi there, thanks for the support.
I am using Video Studio 8 SE
I added title's by creating them (i'd copy and paste one of the std ones and then make my own out of it) and then dragging them onto the title line of the storyboard. When I go into effects and etc, I put a cross fade with a long pause and make sure the text was centred (it seemed to be the default setting on mine.)
When I play the clip or project on the computer, it all looks fine and is perfectly centred. Even using the share facility, I can see that they are in the centre of the screen.
It is only after burning to DVD (using the Video Studio 8 SE software) that they have moved to the right.
What baffles me is that I am on version 9ish of the current project and versions 1-5 seemed to be fine. I cannot for the life of me work out what has changed from these versions as they are the same titles!!!!
I hope this adds clarity and would love to solve the problem instead of saving things a little bit left to compensate!!!
