Ulead DVD Workshop Express?

Hmmm.... I thought there was.... There is an Upgrade from other products version of Workshop that saves you $50. I bought that and Video Studio 8 at the same time. But, I just looked-up the upgrade-from list, and it does NOT include VS9. 
I wonder if they simply forgot to update the list???
