An interesting post but a couple of points
When a beta version is put out, it is done via the forums where values customers can download and publically comment on what they have found. This sure makes those releases stable and educated the customer base.
Ulead does appoint a number of users to be Beta Testers before they release their products on the market.
What can be forgetton is the the only reason for developers and support to create Photoshop is to please customers so much that they purchase Photoshop and stay with them for years, spread the word and create more loyal and values customers who keep purchasing unhancements to their product.
How do we know this is fact? I have searched for but not been able to find a single user forum for Adobe Photoshop (Or any other Adobe Product for that matter). Now if there was such a forum available I wonder if it would be full of praise or critisism?

Here on our Ulead forum we at least get the chance to exchange ideas, problems and suggestions, whether these posts are praise or critisism.
Ulead are brave enough to provide this forum in the knowledge that critisism will be raised.

Guys and Girls,

in case you have forgotten, this is a Ulead forum. I think this thread has run it's course :?

It's one thing to compare one product with the other and another thing alltogether to expect Ulead to pay for the bandwidth and maintainance of this forum with threads like this.

I'm going to close this thread.
