web tools with Photo Impact 11

I like the button tools in 10

wanted to try the 11 SE to see if the button tools were improved / expanded.
apparently the SE version cannot download the "button bar" add on.


QUESTION:
have the web tools been improved with 11 or is it same same as 10??

I'm not sure if its SE version you are talking about. SE versions are bundled versions and are usually free with another product. I'm not sure there's an SE version for PhotoImpact 11 already.
