One week ago today I left this message on this board:
I am in the process of restoring my system and have reinstalled PhotoImpact 11. I still have the hard drive with the old program files.
I had a complex view arrangement and need to import it into the new system. Can anybody tell me the file and location to import?
Thank you,
Maynard Bertolet
I also sent the message to PhotoInpact Tech Support and the Moderator of this board. While I understand why no members were in a position to respond, I cannot understand why the other two parties never responded to my quiery.
Any thoughts?
Reinstall Photomatic II
It might be helpful if you explain what you mean by "complex view". Is it a file? If so, what kind? Did you create it in another version of PhotoImpact?

Answer to "Complex View."
After customizing the toolbars you are given an option to save the arrangement under a unique name. Atfer this, when turned on, it is shown as a "Mode" in the "My Workspace" panel.
I did so, however, the unique name does not appear in any of the "Program Files" nor is it preserved in "My Documents."
There are "Export" and "Import" options on the "Customize" panel.
Where can I find the file to Import?
