Problems burning DVD+RW Windows/XP hang. LG GSA-2164D

Hi,

i want to burn a video DVD from ASF files. Conversion runs fine and burning is completed for 90% but then it hung. The media i want to burn is DVD+RW, the drive is external DVD writer from LG type GSA-2164D. This drive is connected through USB 2.0. to the PC and i can burn data to it using Nero. The software i use to burn is Ulead DVD movie factoty 4.0. Disc creator.

BTW, do i need to download and install DC/DVD Burning pack ??

i see a link on ulead.com but the link does not work.
