Installation Problems

If anybody has any practical suggestions I would appreciate it!

The Problem:

I have a registered product DVD Movie Factory 2, I have an Upgrade to DVD Movie Factory 4 Disc Creator.

Due to the loss of a PC I have now lost my copy of DVD Movie Factory 2, the product is registered with Ulead. DVD Movie Factory 4 Disc Creater does not appear to have a licence code, it looks for a qualifying product on installation.

I cant register the product as the Ulead site say's I require a Licence code to do this.

Accordingly I have contacted Ulead Customer Service on the 16th of Jan, all I got was an automated responce and a 5% off code.

I have now contacted Technical Support, but as I cant register version 4, and as version 2 is no longer supported, I have had to contact them using my Media Studio Pro 8 registration.

Does anybody have any idea where I can get a copy of Version 2, I have the licence code, I just need th program

Anybody here had any luck contacting Ulead Customer or Technical Support?

Any help would be appreciated as it is frustrating not being able to install the program.
