Error: Video not Accessible

When I go to add files to make a DVD I get this message. At first I thought it was because the files were .avi, but I found out that the two that do add to the disk from this same file are also .avi.

Any ideas?

Ok. Let's attack this from another angle. I have DVD Moviefactory Deluxe Suite 3.5. Are there any updates I can get that may fix this? I've been browsing the updates, but am not sure which to get or if I need any.
