Why cant I ac3/Dolby encode

Whenever I attempt to burn a file I go to project settings and select Dolby instead of Mpeg or Lcpm audio.

As soon as I click on burn it says 1. will take some time to render(no worries) but then every time without fail it says immediately 2. Failed to reuse converted cache file 4570 and then after clicking this it says 3. Unspecified error report identification 0x800411da(4570)

Now if I go back one page and select any other audio type it will burn no problem at all.

Does anyone know what the problem is, is it something that has been fixed in a previous update?

I do have the full version , i also think that I may have a cut down version on my Pioneer DVD burner cd, maybe I should try that.

Just in case any one else has this problem....Do a complete removal of all parts. Reinstall then reupdate...EASy when you know how
