Problem with MF3 SE

When I use Multi-Trim Video , everything works as it should
after I am done marking out sections to delete . I can preview the
finished video and all the selected sections are removed and the audio is fine.
However after I burn a DVD and play it on a DVD player , the video part
is fine but there is no audio. This problem only comes up when I trim the video.
If I do not trim the video clip , than everything works fine when
played on a DVD player . Any ideas what I might be doing wrong ?????

You might want to check to see that the project properties are the same as the clip properties. I believe that the audio is always re-rendered whenever there are any edits done.
