Using Matrox RT2500 IBP files in DVDWS2

On day 3 of my evaluation of DVDWS2 I tried using my RT2500 generated IBP files - they imported ok and played, but the video is upside down. If I transcode them in the Matrox file converter into program files they are fine, but it is another processing stage on about 100 clips. I could apply a transform in Premiere prior to expoting to invert the clip but I already have the IBP's done - (worked in DVDit on the few occasions I could get the prog to run). Any ideas?
