Creating an AVI video in cool 3d prod. studio HELP!

Hi. What I am doing is compositing a 3d model and my background in C3DPS is an AVI video. When I am all done, what are the best settings to output to AVI(not an overlay, "create video file".)??? I tried to output at 29.97 FPS and my video was choppy and twice as fast as it should be. help!!! thanks.

To output go to Create Video File in the File menu, then look at the Save Options: box if it does not say 29.97 FPS then you have to click the Options button, the options window will open, then click the general tab and set to 29.97 FPS then save the movie as AVI. Hope this helps.
