Hi Laikn, Welcome to the boards..
1. Place your clip on the timeline. In edit mode, then look on the Tab on the Left (Video) At the top, to the right of the 2 Rotation arrows is a small box with Reverse Video beside it. Check that box. Now that clip plays in reverse...
To learn to do basic things with VS9 go Ulead's website, read some of the tutorials and download the video tutorials, found here:

Also be sure to Read and Follow the recommended procedures found Here .
Then you might also Read This Post. For later reference if you encounter problems this information is neccessary to help troubleshoot and fix problems..
