error message when converting

Hi,

does anybody know why i receive this error message:

"Failed to reuse converted cache file! (4570)" and "Unspecified error. Report ID 0x800411d (4570)"

I am recording mpg files into dvd. The error appears while it is in the process of converting. Can someone tell me why this happens, and what Im suppose to do to resolve it. I've recorded many mpgs files into dvd like this before, and it worked fine?! please help.
