This forum is our last hope as there certainly seems to be absolutely NO technical support for ULead products!
Having a problem creating video....photos seem to load ok into Factory...however, on occassion (and this is becoming more frequent), while putting text on slides, a slide will suddenly have a test pattern, picture completely gone. Created a video last night, all was well when saved....checked it out this morning and FIVE slides now all have this "test pattern" on them (colored strips) in place of my photo.
Also, does anyone have problem with computer rebooting while in the process of creating video? Tried to do the patch and get "this page cannot be displayed"

I have MF4 Disc Creator so not sure if it is the same problem, but I have had the test pattern come up when I have reopened a saved project.
But the reason in my case was becuase I had thought that since the project was saved I was safe to delete the files from the folder that I used to create the project, but I believe they are still linked to the project.
So now I don't delete or move anything until the project has been burnt to disc and I am happy with it and then I can safely delete all the files.
