Print to Tape not working

I doubt this is a Ulead problem, but maybe someone can help me.

I have a Sony TRV80. I'm connected via Firewire. I'm using MediaStudio 8.

I can capture w/ no problem. It controls and captures fine.

When I print to tape, MS8 does start the record button on the camera, and the counter moves. But, no signal. No sound nor video.

I know I've got a good connection because it captures fine and it does press the record.

Any ideas?
