how to solve dual channel problem.

my VCD file (.dat) contain two sounds. When i open the movie file, there are two language sound come out, which is Chinese and another one is Cantonese.

i hav to open the Volume Control and set the wave's balance to right, make the movie file's language sound become only one sound output ..

therefore, i want to encode the VCD movie file so that the sound output is one language only .... can anyone teach me how to do this ... thank you veri much ..
