Can any one download Ulead MPEG-4 Plug-in for VideoStudio 9

I have tried and I have the Pop-up blocker off and I have entered my
Serial Number correctly but. Every time I try nothing happens.

Has anyone managed to download it or the HDV Plug-in?

I downloaded both without a hitch (although if I remember correctly, I had to switch to IE for a sec rather than Firefox).

Hi. I am useing IE but no luck. I hear a click like pop-up blocker but it is off. Tried turning off mt security but still no luck

Glenn,

Is your MT security your Firewall? I had to disable it too in order to download it..

Do you have any special toolbars like Yahoo or Google? If so I know Yahoo has it's own pop-up/spam blockers on it. You might check them.

Another thing to check is JavaScript. JavaScript is where the code is written for pop-ups. Of course if you had JS completely disabled there's several websites that wouldn't function and you could tell by that.

However by what you are describing, it does sound like a pop-up blocker working...

Thanks for the help. I didn't know that windows had a pop-up blocker and that was the problem.
I had only turned off the Yahoo pop-up blocker.

Hi Glenn,

I have the same download problems here in Germany.
I have send an email to Ulead support and have tell my problems. As reply I have got an email with two download links and the MPEG-4 activation code.
Both links works perfectly.

Has anyone received a reply from Tech or Customer support regarding the failure of download MPeg 4 plug-in. I am still waiting and I m now concerned that I have used all my grace submissions of being able to download the Plug-in.

If anyone reads these postings from Tech/Customer support then please reply.

I have tried to download from three different locations without success.

Hi Guys,
just open the toolbar on Internet Explorer and you will see Popup blocker. Just turn it off and then try and download again. It worked for me.

how long did you guys have to wait on digital downloads? did they all work instantly?

I got the same message until I entered the members’ area and copied my number then I pasted it in the box on the download application page. Then it worked no problems.

What version are you using? VS9 full registered? or VS9SE? You ask if there is any simple code for you to use at the moment? If you have a full registered version, either boxed, ESD, or Upgrade then you have the code that you need. If you don't then your version does not quailify..

I turned off my pop-up blockers and tried several times. At last I found out that I had to deactivate Norton Internet Security. Then the download page came up. I think this is awkward. Isn't it possible to make this download easier? They should at least inform about turning off internet security.?
