hey. umm in video editor, when ever i try to load and play an audio file in my clip. as back ground music. the whole program crashes saying encountered an error blah blah blah.. and i do not kno what going on
i installed an mpeg layer 3 audio decoder but that didnt work and this is also happening in Windows Movie Maker. .. so yeh,, i do not kno whats goin on

Some people have difficulties with MP3 audio, which may, or may not, be connected to the MP3 codec used. The LAME codec (which is used by Nero, amongst others) appears to be one problem -- though there are some other people out there who use LAME MP3s in their Video Studio projects without problems. Go figure!! Anyway, if you convert your audio to WAV format, it is very likely that the audio problem will disappear.
