Can someone please tell me how to do a Text Box in Photo Impact 11. Its driving me crazy, every time I cut and paste text into a project it puts it in one long line. There must be a way of doing it so it works like a text box in word, please help me
Many Thanks
Cristian

adding text
I copied this from Impact 11 Help:
To add text:
1. Click Text Tool in the Toolbox. Click a point on the image where you want to place the text. A blinking cursor will automatically appear where you can enter your text.
2. Highlight a section or the entire text then apply formatting options by accessing the Text Panel. For more on the Text Tool's Tool Settings panel, see the next section.
3. Click OK.

I'm now sounding really dumb, but I can't find the text panel.
I making a booklet for work but I need to adjust the text, if the text sat in a text box, I want to be able to adjust the box and the text would adjust inside it, but retain its font size and shape, at the moment it just enlarges the font to fit the box. You can do it in MS Publisher and Photoshop CS.
Sorry to be a pain

AFAIK, you cannot do this in PI. The text you type becomes an object and can be manipulated accordingly. It won't, however, wrap around when you downsize the box (selection) around your text, it will only resize the whole thing, font size and all, to fit the new dimensions.
I don't have PI 11 installed here, only PI 10. The text tool is located in the same area in PI 11 and looks similar. Depending on the workspace selected, you may not see this tool. Go to advanced workspace from the menu bar and you should see it. It looks similar to this

You can type multiline text by typing a return and continue typing on the next line.
If all you want to do is to produce a booklet, I feel, you are much better served with MS Publisher or the like.
