Cannot print preview a full 8 1/2 x 11 page

I'm new to Impact 11. Been using Impact 7 for years and never experienced this:

How do I get a print preview of a full page view (8 1/2 x 11) so I can position my image where I want it?

All I can get is a page big enough to view the image.

I reinstalled Impact 7 to show you I get a full page preview:

Look at the jpg I posted in my first post. The preview page is only 4" wide. How do I get a full 8 1/2" preview page in Impact 11?
If I want to print an image on the lower right side of the page, it's impossible with Photo Impact 11 but easy with the old outdated Photo Imapct 7.

What gives????

Here is a screenprint of the page setup in Photo Impact 11.

It will NOT allow me to change it. When I change the numbers to the same numbers as are in Photo Impact 7, i.e. 0.24 - 0.26 - 0.07 - 0.53 - it won't allow me to proceed unless I change everything back to default.
You can see the page size is only 4 inches wide instead of 8.5.

Anybody know how to get a full page preview of 8.5 x 11.0??????

Could it be my printer? I'm thinking it is my printer controlling this.

Okay, if this is the way it is, I can't use it.
I completely removed 11 from my hard drive and
I'll use 7 as I have for years. Since it still works fine
and 11 don't work, I don't need it.

Any reps from Ulead listening?
