Can a VSP file be converted from PAL to NTSC? Or must the project be rebuilt from scratch as a NTSC project?
I easily made a DVD (overnight) from three NTSC video projects combined. Now I am trying to make another DVD with four VSP files, one of which is PAL (from my very recent newbie days). The other three are NTSC. The PAL file at the beginning messes up the later menus in the NTSC files--the chapters don't coincide with the actual mpeg files making up the project. Each of these mpeg files has a title in the beginning.
So can the VSP that is in PAL be converted to NTSC or must it be rebuilt?
Thanks.

To convert between NTSC > PAL or PAL > NTSC
change the settings under the "Compression Tab" drop-down box.
You will see NTSC-DVD and PAL-DVD.
It's better to convert the file first from one standard to the other and
then import the correct standard into VS.
Share -> Create Video File -> Custom -> (Options to change PAL/NTSC).
Hope this helps,
