MPEG4 Video with MP3 Audio

I just purchased VS9 and I am having trouble getting an MPEG4 video to play with an MP3 music playing in the Music track. The Video is actually a Quicktime file with a MPEG4 with VGA resolution at 24 fps video track with uLaw 2:1 sound track with it. It plays back fine by itself in VS9 but when I add a 160Kbps MP3 music in the Music track only the first frame in the video will show while the MP3 music plays back fine. This appears in both Instant Playback and High Quality playback. Any ideas on what is going wrong?
