Unbelievable service

Hi,

I purchased PI11 online and the next day my hard drive completely crashed. (not related to PI). Tried to get another copy but of course given the HD crash I didn't have the link to the d/l site anymore so that was pointless.

Tried cust service with 4 emails all no good, finally I got a response from cust service saying "try contacting cust service" just briliant hey.

My main bief is that I cannot find a phone number for Australia. I need to talk to a human and get this sorted. Any help here would be appreciated.

I'm a pro photographer and really like some of the features in PI but the service is garbage at best.

I have CS and looks like that will be the only program that I'll use soon unless I can resolve this. I have been using PI since version 6 at work and bought the full version (11) online as i needed it quickly.

Since I have had no response and I needed to do some web stuff I downloaded the trial version again but have decided to uninstall but guess what? When I go into add remove programs it won't uninstall saying it cannot find the specified module. This is becoming a joke any help would be great.

I'm having exactly the same problem as you. I've tried umpteen times to e-mail them, I did get a reply once though, they said they needed the invoice for it. Well I've sent that at least 10 times, each time it comes back saying undeliverable mail???
Like you i had the download.
Seems like once they get your money your history.
I think I'm going to have to give up on this one cos I cant find a uk no.
Which thinking about what you said they will tell me the same.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company like the plaque. It's just not good enough, when you pay as much money for the thing...

Hi, not sure if this will work, but it may. The trick is to re-install, the program, then hopefully you will be able to do a full and clean un-install.
