I had to reformat HD and unfortunately didn't save Cool 3DPS 3.5. I downloaded the trial version, assuming I could enter my serial number, but I see no place to do so???
When I attempted to register on line, it told me that number was already registered - yes, it's mine!
Any help or ideas???

That's right, you have the program registered and the ULEAD data base knows that you have. You do not need to re-register but you cannot activate another trial version with your old Serial Number.
How long ago did you buy your version and through which vendor? You will have to contact them for a new download link.
I don't want to rub it in or offend you but, if you lost your house keys, would the supplier of your locks give you new ones or replacements free of charge? I'm sorry to say so, you should have kept a back-up copy of your download or the original CD if you bought the boxed version.

I purchased the program from Ulead, on line. They have a record of my Serial Number, but they apparently no longer support that version? I cannot find a link to download it again.
Yes, I should have saved it, but didn't. If I lost the keys to my house, I wouldn't buy another house - I would find the "locksmith" to fix my problem. That's what I'm doing - looking for a "Cool 3DPS locksmith."
Cheers,

Sorry I cannot help you. I was in your shoes once before when I lost my backup copy of the downloaded file for PI XL. Had to buy a new full version of PI 10

Hi Jmarkt,
When you first purchased Cool3d PS, do you remember your user name, ie; login information? If so just log into Ulead, go to the page that shows your purchased items and it will have your serial number. Then email ulead for a new download link.
Trying to use a TBYB version and "unlock it" will not work. Once you download a trial version, they keep record of that, and if it is beyond the 30 days, then times up. The TBYB are a little different then the full version. When I first purchased VS8, I was told by Ulead that it is recommend to download the full version and not use a key to unlock a TBYB... That's what I've done since. Once I'm done with a TBYB, and am going to purchase, the TBYB gets uninstalled before installing my purchased one. I also make or order backl-ups for any ESD's...
