Photo Impact XL - Troubles with Album-Program

Hi,

i have bought in the last days PhotoImpact XL (Megapack-Version together with some other products of Ulead).
This megapack is distributed in Germany by bhv software GmbH.

I use actual PI7 and I installed the XL-Version on my PC. I had done so (deleted all files of PI7 also manual which the deinstallier had forgot) and installed after a reboot of my PC PI XL.

Now I have the problem that Album of PI XL don't works. I have some Albums generated by the Album program of PI7 and tried to open these albums in the Album program of PI XL.
All albums have about 12.000 Pictures (my PC has 512 MByte RAM).
The Error-Code of Album XL is: Can't display the miniatures, unknown file format (all pictures are in gif or jpeg). And the minatures disappers in the respective album.
The preferences for the miniatures in the PI7 Album are always: Size 112x112, Color like original and compression: free of losses (verlustfrei).

What I have to do to migrate correct and without any error the albums from PI7 to PI XL?
