Screen Capture by video studio

Is there any way that one can capture screen using the video studio? I know windows media encorder lets you do that.

Go to "Tools" "Save current frame as Image."

If you mean screen captures to use for tutorials, or animated screen captures, (like Camstudio, Wink etc..) then no VS9 can not do that.
