Can't install Madness II and III in COOL3D Production Studio

I have COOL 3D Production Studio v. 1.0.1 , and I bought Madness II and III a few days ago in Ulead site. I downloaded but I can't install. What can I do?

HI, I had the same problem, Ulead have sent you the wrong madness plug-in for your version. God forbid getting a hold of them to give you the correct ones but that's what you will have to do. Peter Smith

It has taken me days to get Cool 3d up and working thaks to the forum and the problems relating to down load of the components and the NEW Email ADDRESS!!!!! helpfull bunch these Ulead support sstaff are ????.

Now I have only got to get Plug in Madness to install. I have the back up disk. Anymore help out there.

If you now have the correct plug-ins they will install automatically. Then you could down load the FREE GOODIES and templates for MADNESS II&III, See my ealier responses to this. Peter Smith

I downloaded the Madness 2 and 3 plugins on July 24th from the ulead North American site, the down loads I received were for Cool 3D not Cool 3D production studio. I have contacted Tech support, customer service and element 5, I was told to Email the invoice and they would provide the correct link, I have sent it 4 times and have received nothing, and it's 8 days later. Any ideas on how to get the correct version or is there a procedure to move the plugins to 3DPS.
