Importing from DVD - VOB to MPEG

I pointed the DVD Import to the Drive. It will not import. It just hangs. The drive contains two folders and one has the VOB files.

I have been using my new Liteon recorder as step one. It has no firmware upgrade yet. Now I'm just burning to RW and then copy it to my hard drive.
