(5213) Does anyone know what this means

The message is "The target device might have some problems. Please tyry again or reboot" (5213) I am using Movie Factory 3 and have successfully edited my captured videos and burned them but am getting the above message followed by - "Failed to record data to the disc. Error DVDR [14252:1:0] I am going crazy not to mention the pile of wated DVD-R that I am using.
