Uninstall MF3 SE after upgrade

I purchased and installed the MF 4 upgrade. I then tried to remove MF 3 SE (which I thought would be over-written or removed by the upgrade). The program is not listed in Add/Remove Programs, and I don't see an uninstall file in the MF 3 folder.

Is there a way to remove MF 3, or does it have to remain intact for MF 4 Upgrade to work?

Using Windows XP SP2
Used custom install to C:\Program Files\CD&DVD\Ulead\
