Will the new Hotfix HELPp with stalling/crashing .. when l ?

Will the new Hotfix HELP with stalling/crashing .. when l load a dvp with several single level nested timelines that presently crashes at 75%....other dvps load fine....any ideas????. I tried all of the backups as well all crash and Video Editor shuts down automatically at 75% load.
