Being abusive probably doesn't help matter that much, if you do not get an answer to your question, perhaps you may want to look into what the question is...

Your question: "I need to be able to use Cool 360 with Fire Fox" is an interesting question, except from the fact that it doesn't make sense.

So, what is it that you want to do? Ulead Cool 360 isn't a browser plugin, so it doesn't have any relationship with Firefox, IE or any other browser. Cool 360 creates 3D objects and depending on how you export them, you should have no problem watching these in your browser.

So... please tell us what you want to do, and perhaps someone will be able to answer (I have no affiliation with Ulead).

simond101,

First, I'll say that I too agree with terjeber. To wit, you posted essentially the same question 3 times! This board, graciously hosted by Ulead, is actually kept alive by users, such as yourself, who help other users. Being abusive, or repetitively posting the same question (under different topic names) will not necessarily get your question answered. In fact, it might get you being blown off. Now that being said....

Just to clarify here, this board is for Cool 3D, not Cool 360. However, I also noticed that there isn't a board specifically for Cool 360. I don't have Cool 360 but I looked at the Ulead website and here is my take on your problem.

You say that when you publish your Cool 360 project for the web (I'm assuming in HTML), it doesn't function properly under Firefox. Welcome to the world of cross-browser compatability! As a webmaster, I'll say that this is one of the most frustrating aspects of publishing on the web. Unfortunately for you, Ulead doesn't, and will not, have the fix. For that you need to contact the fine folks at Firefox! They're responsible for ensuring that HTML code is rendered properly. Or perhaps something is not configured correctly in your browser to render your webpage. For example, in IE you can disable Javascript functionality. This means that any webpage that depends on Javascript will not function correctly if at all.

Finally, here's another possible solution. I noticed that Cool 360 can be output as a MOV file. Do a Google and learn how to imbed your MOV file into your webpage. There should be plenty of sites that'll show you how. Almost everyone, if not everyone, has QuickTime on their system, both PC and Mac.

Hope this helps, and hang in there. That's what these boards are all about, users who enjoy helping other users. ;-)

I do not have Cool 3D 360, I use Production Studio which does support Flash. As far as I know, 360 doesn't. Can it export as animated GIF?
