Problem Loading Photoimpact 11 HELP!!!

Hi all.....

Got a rather big problem lol

I brought and installed photimpact 11...... but when it tries to open it just freezes at the slash screen.... anyone got any ideas....????

Im running a Dell PC with 100GIG, 2.99 GHz and 1 GIG of RAM...

ANyone help please....

If you have CD-version, try to Repair your installation.

If you have download version, try uninstalling, clearing windows temp directory and installing again.

This problem is quite common. No patch from Ulead so far.

Hi all,

I have the downloaded version of PI11 and it still dosnt work.....

I unistalled PI10, restarted my PC, cleaned my TEMP files, then restarted AGAIN, the cleaned the regestry of the PI files THEN restarted AGAIN then installed PI11 and it just crashes at the SLASH/opening screen......

It opens all the files it says it is, then when it lays LOADING work space, it just hangs there......


SOMEONE please help...... i live in the UK and there is no PHONE support for us, wel as far as im aware....... tried e-mailing them, but no reply.

Request a refund and switch to another application- that's the best I can advise.

All the help users have been able to get from Ulead's support is "Reinstall". And I guess Ulead even doesn't read emails they get, because they send the same answer to the people who clearly stated reinstalling doesn't help.
