Error installing Update 4 to MF4?!

I've downloaded it a couple of times, but I get the following error when I run dmf4_up4_e.exe:

An error (-5006: 0x80070802) has occurred while running setup.

Were the technical support folks able to resolve your issue? I have a different problem when I run the SP install. The silly program says it can't find Movie Factory on my computer, though it did tell me to close the application when Movie Factory was running. I reported the problem to tech support, but I haven't received any response for over two weeks, now.

I didn't hit tech support since I thought so many people would have had the same issue that I thought the forum would be quicker. With your outstanding two-week response, it looks like I may be right
