MSP 8.0 wont load a dvp with nested timelines crashes at 75%

MSP 8.0 wont load a dvp with several single level nested timelines crashes at 75%....other dvps load fine....any ideas????. I tried all of the backups as well all crash and Video Editor shuts down automatically at 75% load.

I am using the German Version MSP8. I have had exactly the same problems with the dvp project-file in nested timelines situations.
