In VS 9 I am continuing projects that were created in VS 5.
VS 9 will not let me relink my video clips in a certain project; It 'thinks' that the video clips which I am trying to relink are too short to be relinked, even though I am using the exact same files as originally (no longer, no shorter).
I'm thinking that VS 5 and VS 9 projects may not be totally compatible. The VS 5 timecode was in hrs:min:sec.sec format (I think) while the VS 9 timecode is in hrs:min:sec.frames format. Is this true? VS 9 expects the video clip I relink to be nearly three hours long even though the original was only about 5-10 minutes long. Other clips won't relink either; VS 9 thinks they are too short as well (by about the same 0.029 ratio).
How can I convince VS 9 that these files are long enough to relink to?
