veditor.exe will not start.. PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

I have ums 8 english, and when i launch veditor.exe it doesn't start. I saw
like windows (xp pro) lanch it but nothing happens.
I "reformat" my hhd and reinstall then ums 8 works but after
reinstall other applications it don't work again.
I had reinstall it several times with delete all in registry and
folders but veditor.exe doesn't work.

please help me, i need to use it to do some videos and this program
is wonderful (when it works).

I would to say that i don't have problem with audioeditor.exe and videocapture.exe modules. Only videoeditor.exe the most important for me, cause problem.

For that time i can't use UMS8 and i'm very desapointed
i have installed and
configured a lot of software after UMS8 and i don't want to uninstall
all to make UMS 8 works. Nobody have the same problem like me ?

What kind of software may cause veditor.exe don't works ?
ulead workshop 2? Nero 7? DAEMON Tools 4? Proshow producer? i don't know but it's strange.

Have you installed the latest hot fix from Ulead's site.

Yes i have installed the latest hot fix but veditor don't works.

So i find 1 solution to make it works. The only who works for me

I create a new count user (new user) in xp pro and i launch veditor in it and miracle it works great.

very strange isn't it.

in my first count it don't works again

someone could explain that ? And perhaps help me to make it works in my first count

More proof that many problems are Windows-isms and that the best place for editing software is in their own Windows installtion in a dualboot system.
