Somebody Help!

I've installed plugins from the ulead website the fantasy and the other one. I was expecting that these two plugins will automatically appear somewhere in the menus in the Ulead Video Studio 9. I've been looking for that. Where did these two plugins go and how can i use them?

Hi

The plugins appear to work with Photoshop etc.
You should find the plugins in your filter section or your image editing program i.e Adobe Photoshop

What are ArtTexture.Plugin and FantasyWarp.Plugin?

ArtTexture.Plugin creates custom textures based on a gradient by combining various textures.
Create custom distortions by using FantasyWarp.Plugin to mirror and segment your images.

Once you have created custom textures and warps, click Add to Lib to build up your own collection in the Library. You can even create GIF animations using multiple warps and textures: Click Advanced to display the Storyboard, then simply drag and drop textures and warps from the samples to the Storyboard. Click Animation to save the thumbnails as a GIF. Open the file in your GIF Animation application to add the finishing touches.

Based on award-winning Ulead PhotoImpact WebExtensions web imaging technology, FantasyWarp.Plugin and ArtTexture.Plugin work with Adobe Photoshop 3.x/4.x, JASC Paint Shop Pro 4.1+, Microsoft Image Composer 1.5, Corel Photo Paint 6.0+, and other imaging editors compatible with 32-bit Photoshop Filter and Acquire plugin technology.

Using ArtTexture.Plugin and FantasyWarp.Plugin

If you are using the plugins with an application that supports layers, the contents of the active layer will be cleared and replaced by the effect on the non-transparent or selected area of the layer. To retain the contents of the layer, duplicate it before applying the texture.

Just to make Trevor's admirable answer totally clear: those particular plug-ins are not meant to be used in VS9; only in programs which manipulate still images...
