DVD Moviefactory "Cannot open file"

When trying to create a DVD I get the following error. I have tried reboots, repair installations, not yet a full reinstall

Just after finalising VOB I then get on the Writing UDF DVD disc Image the following box

Ulead DVD MovieFactory
Cannot open file.

I cannot get it to create the disc image, it can stilll burn older images, |I just can't create them.

I have also tried Nero stuff but that is user unfriendly and wanted to reencode my entire project!
