PS 4.0 "Fail to convert file" Error

Is anyone else having this problem? I get the "Fail to convert file" error right away when I try to burn my project to DVD folders. If I try to burn an .iso image file, it will run until 49%, then give me the "Fail to convert file" error message. What is the point of this program if you can't burn your projects. I contacted Ulead tech support yesterday and they have not got back to me. (Go figure)

I have ran the patch, uninstalled and reinstalled the application with NO CHANGE!

I have also tried another computer. = NO CHANGE
I have also tried burning an image file or DVD folders for 1 picture with no audio = NO CHANGE
