multi-trim on ulead videostudio 8

I am unable to use the multi-trim feature of the video editting sucessfully.
Is there a bug in the software?
If you mark a middle section for deleting,it plays back the new clip succesfully, but if you save the new clip it only saves the clip up to the first delete marker and not the part after the end deletions marker. Am Idoing something wrong?

What is the easiest way to simply delete a frame or a few frames from the middle of a clip?

Multitrim works fine for what you are trying to do, I think the problem you are seeing is that you are using Clip playback instead of Project playback for your Preview. Also make sure that you are using the correct selection mode in Multitrim.
