itunes music not importing now?

I have had some dvd's with music I have imported from my Itunes library.
Now when I click on the music tab and try to add the mp4 from Itunes it gives me the error code file format mismatch 16803:1:3 Has something changed in the new uodate pack?

How do I share a multi trimed video clip? I must be missing something?
