Hi xiongye1,

sorry to hear you are having problems! You will need to supply some more specific info, however. First of all, what version of Video Studio are you using?

You say that you deleted some of your clips from the library folder - I presume that you deleted the thumbnails from the library screen to the right of the Video Studio preview screen. When you did this in VS8 and earlier, you would also get a prompt asking if you wanted to delete the video file as well as just the thumbnail. So do the video files still exist on your pc, or did you actually delete them?

I've not come across the "Load from Stream Error" to which you refer. Ordinarily, if video Studio has trouble finding the video clips, it gives rise to a re-link error message, when it will prompt you to enter a revised path to your clips.

When you say "Everytime I try to load video and overlay" - are you able to point to folders on your pc containing these files?

You might also give us some details of your pc - or even fill in the "system" information in your profile.

I'm sorry if this response isn't sufficient to fix your problem, but hopefully it will start the ball rolling - and welcome to the forum!

Good luck!

I did delete The thumbnails from the library screen to the right of the Video Studio preview screen. The video files still exist on my pc but not on the library folder. I was uable to point to the folders that containing these files such as video, image, color.

Oh, my UleadStudio is Verision 6.

Hi xiongye1,

having looked at most of the similar posts on this forum, it seems that the most likely cause of your troubles is a corrupted or damaged install of Video Studio.

Although you've already tried re-installing it, with no successful outcome, you actually need to do a "clean" install, having removed all traces of the previous install.

One simple way to achieve this is to create a new Windows user account, and load VS into that account. Otherwise, search this forum for posts containing "Stream Error" and you can read more info on how to do the clean install.

Good luck!
