I am relatively new to the game of video editing. Currently evaluating UVS9. What I noticed is that after burning the clip onto DVD, panning action shot on any object resulted in the video leaving flickering trial even if the pan was done slowly. The effect is like the display trying to 'catch up' with the direction of the pan. My apology for not knowing the technical term for this effect but the faster the pan action, the more pronounced the effect. I checked back with the original captured video clip, it does not exhibit such a problem and the display was smooth as silk.
This is not to be mistaken as choppy video. When I zoomed in or out, no such problem is encountered.
Appreciate any advice to solve this problem. Is it down to hardware (P4 3Mhz 1G RAM) or some setting issues? Please advise. Thanks.
